Elizabeth Kuehl

Elizabeth Kuehl is a Senior Project Manager at Fluxx. Elizabeth has previously worked as the Assistant Director of Development at The Colorado Education Initiative from November 2014 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading all development activities, including a portfolio of grant and earned revenue streams, in partnership with the Leadership Team to support the organization's annual operating budget of nearly $5 million. Elizabeth also drove the creation of annual development goals and led various development structures to operationalize that strategy throughout the year.

Prior to their work at The Colorado Education Initiative, Elizabeth served as the Project Manager for AmeriCorps VISTA at Get Smart Schools from August 2010 to October 2011. In this role, they were responsible for writing, editing, and submitting proposals, as well as conducting strategic stakeholder management of funders and clients. Elizabeth also created systems and structures to increase efficiencies and revenue generation.

From August 2011 to October 2014, Elizabeth served as the Director of Operations at A+ Denver. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the launch of an earned revenue stream, which grew from $50,000 in year one to over $1.7 million in year three. Elizabeth also oversaw the organization's budget and managed all office operations.

Before their work in the nonprofit sector, Elizabeth served as the Administrative Assistant/Contract Specialist for the Wisconsin Department of Administration- Division of State Facilities from June 2009 to August 2010. In this role, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the Division Director and other staff, as well as managing contracts for state facilities projects.

Elizabeth Kuehl has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
