Nichole Richards is a seasoned professional in Customer Success Management with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success Management at Fluxx since April 2023 and concurrently as Founder & Managing Partner at CS Strategies, Nichole focuses on enhancing organizational structures and insights for Customer Success professionals. Previous roles include Director of Customer Experience Operations & Insights at Wiley, where Nichole contributed to building an effective Customer Experience organization, and Director of Global Client Success at Rosetta Stone, overseeing client retention and adoption for a significant portfolio. Nichole's background also includes leadership roles in healthcare recruitment and a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration Management from New England College.
