Alice Montalto

Alice Montalto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alice'smost recent position is with Clerk.io, where they are currently serving as the Head of Technical Support since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Clerk.io as a Product Specialist from January 2022 to December 2022 and as a Customer Success Manager from November 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Clerk.io, Alice worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for five years, starting in December 2015 and ending in November 2020. During their time at FCA, they held the position of Senior Consultant at the ICT Department.

Alice also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked at Fondazione per l'Ambiente as a Junior Project Manager from January 2012 to December 2015. Alice began their professional career with an Internship Program at Fondazione CRT from July 2010 to December 2011.

Alice Montalto has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics for Business from Udacity. Prior to that, they attended Politecnico di Torino from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. Before their Master's degree, from 2004 to 2007, they completed a Bachelor's degree in the same field at Politecnico di Torino. Alice's academic journey began with their high school education at Classical Lyceum "Vittorio Alfieri" from 1998 to 2004, where they earned their High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal degrees, Alice has also obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the Learn CSS Course and the Learn HTML Course from Codecademy. In December 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Professional Program in Data Science certification from Microsoft. In the same month, they also earned the Querying Data with Transact-SQL certification from Microsoft. Alice further expanded their skill set by becoming Alteryx Designer Core Certified in May 2020 and Alteryx Designer Advanced Certified in June 2020, both offered by Alteryx. In January 2017, they received the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
