Deborah, Morin

Deborah Morin has over 30 years of work experience. Deborah, began their career in 1987 with Jordan Marsh as a Department Manager and Assistant Buyer. In 1994, they became an Independent Sales Representative, where they developed sales strategies and built relationships with clients and key accounts. In 1998, they joined Sarvis, Inc. as a District Manager, where they were responsible for servicing the US military resale centers in Western Germany and Northern Italy. Deborah, was later promoted to European Regional Manager in 1999, where they managed sales managers and teams. In 2013, they joined State Farm Insurance Agency as a Licensed Representative, where they maintained existing relationships and developed new relationships with agency clients. In 2015, they joined ReadyJet | Private Jet Charter as a Senior Broker and later became the Managing Director. In 2019, they joined Victor as a Charter Sales Director and was later promoted to Vice President of Sales. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Chief as a Member, where they are part of a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.

Deborah Morin completed a Certificate in Women's Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
