Elsa Soto

Elsa Soto, MS-HR, is an experienced human resources professional with extensive expertise in various HR functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Kaiser Permanente since January 2023 and as the Human Resources Director for Fly with Breeze since August 2021, Elsa has previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at Royal Truck Body and Field HR Business Partner at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc. With a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, performance coaching, and compliance, Elsa has consistently managed HR operations for diverse organizations, including Cintas, CIM Group, Waste Management, and Toyota North America. Elsa holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Brandman University, a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Studies from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Los Angeles Harbor College.
