Meghan Milner has extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Meghan currently holds the position of Director of Talent and People Operations at Flybits, where they are responsible for strategic talent management and optimizing recruitment processes. Meghan also focuses on employee management, analyzing key metrics, and providing performance reviews and feedback to drive improvements. Prior to Flybits, Meghan worked as a Senior Consultant of Learning & Development and DHR Business Partner at Ascendion, where they led the development of global learning strategies and collaborated with stakeholders to identify organizational needs. Before that, they worked as a Senior Professional Recruiter & Training Specialist and later as a Professional Recruiter & Training Specialist at Insight Global. Meghan's earlier experience includes working as a Communications Coordinator in Athletics and Recreation at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Meghan Milner completed their education with a Masters of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Adult Education & Staff Training - Learning and Development from Seneca Polytechnic in 2023. Meghan's undergraduate studies were at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they earned an Honours Bachelor Degree (BA) in Communication Studies and Gender (Equality) Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from 2014 to 2018. Meghan also pursued a degree in Public Relations with a focus on Social Media Practices and Reputation Management at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University from 2018 to 2021. Meghan's education journey began at Eden High School, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Meghan has obtained several certifications, including Building Resiliency, Building Strengths-Based Organizations and Teams, Coaching and Micro-Counselling, Identifying Corporate Psychopathy, and Executive Women in Leadership from various institutions. Meghan also holds certifications in Intercultural Awareness, Microsoft Outlook, Working Together- The Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Customer Service Training, and Smart Serve.
