Lucia Bue Roca

Lucia Bue Roca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and project leadership. Currently serving as Lider de Producto at Flybondi since April 2021, Lucia oversees a team of Product Owners and QA Analysts, manages the annual backlog, and leads the Ticket 3.0 project. Prior experience includes roles at the Argentina National Government as a Senior Project Manager, where Lucia coordinated development projects and facilitated client communications, and positions with the Buenos Aires Government, focusing on data communication and project analysis. Earlier roles include HR assistant at Oxford Selection. Lucia holds degrees in Digital Marketing from Universidad Blas Pascal and Journalism from TEA, complemented by a background in Natural Science from General Pacheco Institute.
