Amanda Wilson

Amanda Wilson has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2006, they started as a Community Support Instructor at the Autism Society of North Carolina, where they provided assistance to clients with daily activities and maintained supervision of their medical conditions. From 2007 to 2013, Amanda worked as an Executive Career Consultant at Career Pro Inc., focusing on client interactions, web portfolio development, and research for global outplacement clients. Amanda also coached individuals and organizations on career messaging and professional branding. Amanda then joined The Arc of North Carolina as a Personal Support Specialist from 2008 to 2013, where they built relationships with individuals and worked towards their personal success and excellence. At Casino Travel & Adventures from 2013 to 2014, Amanda led the business as the Director of Sales, responsible for social media and web development. Amanda achieved significant milestones, including leading the business to earn "Diamond-Tier" status with Caesars Entertainment. Amanda also worked at Bearded Owl Designs, Inc. as an Advisor, providing graphic design and business development advice to clients from 2012 to 2017. At WeddingWire, they served as a Strategic Program Manager from 2014 to 2017 and played a crucial role in implementing a UK market site. Amanda most recently worked at Radius Networks | Flybuy starting in 2017. Amanda held roles such as Senior Program Manager, Global Strategic Account Manager, and currently, Senior Strategic Account Executive, where they manage strategic accounts and develops business opportunities.

Amanda Wilson completed their high school education at Broughton High School between 1999 and 2003, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Extension Education with a Communication Concentration at North Carolina State University, graduating between 2005 and 2009. Amanda then attended Columbia Southern University from 2011 to 2012, earning a B.S.B.A. degree in Business Administration and Management. Amanda also holds additional certifications including a Gaming Representative certification from the Mississippi Gaming Commission obtained in September 2013, as well as certifications in CPR/First Aid and as a Certified Advanced Resume Writer, where the obtained month and year are not specified.
