Brian Zentner

Brian Zentner is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM). Since May 2017, Brian has been serving as a Senior ITSM Consultant at Flycast Partners, specializing in IT Service Management and Change Requests. Prior to this, Brian worked at BMC Software from October 2012 to April 2017 as an ITSM Consultant and also held the role of Project Specialist, focusing on leadership and requirements gathering. Brian's career began at Numara Software as a Remote Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included the remote administration of Footprints ITSM software. Additionally, Brian served as the Director of I.T. at Miller Bearings, Inc., overseeing management and support of all IT operations. Educational qualifications include a degree from Barry University, completed in January 2008.
