Abdulmoid Mohammed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and BMC Remedy solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sierra-Cedar since January 2013, Abdulmoid successfully led the migration of BMC Remedy OnPrem 20.02 and previously held the position of Senior Remedy Administrator focusing on BMC Remedy 7.6. Prior to this, Abdulmoid worked at TCS for Cisco Systems as an Associate Consultant, specializing in BMC Remedy ARS 6. Abdulmoid's earlier roles include Remedy Consultant at Al Moammar Information Systems in Saudi Arabia, Software Consultant at CAT Technologies, and a High School Mathematics teacher at Gowtham Model Schools. Abdulmoid holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University.
