Monika Vasconcelles

Monika Vasconcelles has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Monika currently holds the role of CFO at FLYER AG and is a board member at Raiffeisenbank Schänis-Amden. Monika is also a member of the CFO Forum Schweiz - CFOs. Previously, they worked as a CFO and Deputy Managing Director at Menu and More AG. Monika has also held various leadership positions at Läderach chocolatier suisse, including Director of Finance, CFO, and Controller. Prior to that, they worked in the areas of trust and revision as a Mandate Manager at Glaronia Treuhand AG and held the role of CFO and Administration at Castell Reisen & Vertriebs AG. Monika's experience also includes roles as Head of Finance and Administration at Eberhard Bühnen AG and Project Manager/Administrator at Andersen AG. Monika began their career as a Junior Office Manager at TD International Sarl.

Monika Vasconcelles pursued their education at various institutions. In 1996, they attended HTW Chur and obtained a Diploma in Business Administration. In 1999, they participated in a language stay in South America. In 2005, they completed a program at the Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie and received a Diploma in Controlling. From 2016 to 2017, Monika attended HBM Unternehmerschule der Universität St. Gallen for an Advanced Management Program. Continuing their education, they completed a Basislehrgang in prozessorientierte Psychologie at the Institut für Prozessarbeit from 2016 to 2018. Finally, in 2019 and 2020, they pursued Prozessorientierte Supervision und Coaching, bso akkr. at the same institute.
