Sethu Vinai is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Flyhomes, where the focus is on data and AI products. Previously, Sethu was the Director of Engineering and Head of ZeroDown Canada at Zerodown, also holding a pivotal role at Zenefits as Director of Engineering, overseeing a distributed team responsible for benefits engineering. Sethu's career includes significant contributions at D. E. Shaw & Co. as a Senior Member Technical, and earlier roles at TwitterChutney, Outsmart 360 Services, and Interchain Solution, where Sethu demonstrated expertise in developing innovative technology solutions. Additionally, Sethu participates as an investor and advisor for early-stage startups. Sethu holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
