Diego Garcia Huerta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pipeline design and technical direction within the animation and visual effects industries. Currently serving as Head of Pipeline at Flying Bark Productions since September 2014, Diego leads the technical pipeline's design, architecture, and evolution. Previous roles include R&D Supervisor and Senior Pipeline Technical Director in various consultancy capacities, where Diego collaborated with numerous studios to enhance production workflows. With a career spanning from software engineering to senior technical roles at companies such as Factor64, Animal Logic, and Framestore, Diego has developed a strong expertise in production pipelines, tool development, and workflow optimization, underpinned by a solid educational foundation in digital analytics, virtual reality, and engineering.
