Sol Borges

Sol Borges is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Flying Food Group since January 2014. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing the organization's HR metrics and compliance. Previously, Sol held the role of Corporate HR Generalist at the same company, where duties encompassed onboarding, benefits administration, and enhancing HR efficiencies. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Financial Aid Administrator at Trinity College of Puerto Rico and as an HR Specialist at FM Global, along with a background in legislative assistance with the City of Chicago. Sol earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
