Carlo Martinelli is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Rocco Forte Hotels since January 2023, Carlo has held various HR roles at prestigious organizations, including Cluster HR Manager and Group HR Manager positions at Hilton and Starhotels. Carlo's career began with foundational roles at DoubleTree by Hilton and Adecco, complemented by coaching experience with the ITF International Taekwon-Do Federation. Carlo holds multiple advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and Employment Law from the University of East London and Stogea Business School, along with a strong philosophical academic background from Università di Trento.
