Xinyu (Cindy) Diao is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Food Safety & Quality Auditing and Training Manager at Flying Food Group since February 2017. In this position, Xinyu develops and refines food safety and quality procedures, ensuring compliance with retail and airline FSQ manuals while advancing systems in response to business needs. Previously, as R&D Technical Project Support, Xinyu coordinated with cross-functional teams to bring ready-to-eat products to market while adhering to regulatory standards. Earlier experiences include a Quality Assurance Internship at Zhenjiang Center for Products Quality Supervision & Inspection and roles in food production and marketing internships. Xinyu holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Yangzhou University.
