Steve Varnam

Steve Varnam is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and School Improvement at Flying High Partnership since June 2021. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Their Majesty’s Inspector at Ofsted from April 2018 to May 2021, and served as Headteacher at Sheffield City Council from September 2010 to April 2018. Steve Varnam holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree from the University of Derby.
