Elizabeth Salvatore

Elizabeth Salvatore currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Flying Kites, beginning in July 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at Sesame Workshop from November 2016 to July 2025, including Senior Director of Global Institutional Giving and Director of International Development and Partnerships. In these roles, Elizabeth led business development efforts, established funding strategies for social impact programs, and collaborated with partners to enhance international initiatives. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes significant positions at WaterAid, where resource mobilization and grant management were key responsibilities, as well as consulting roles at organizations such as USAID and International Medical Corps. Elizabeth holds an MA in International Development Studies and an MPH in Global Health Program Development, Management, and Evaluation from The George Washington University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Lafayette College.
