Grzegorz Rdzany

Grzegorz Rdzany has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry, starting as a Junior Programmer at FPL and progressing to roles such as Assistant Programmer, Project Manager, and Senior Programmer. Grzegorz then transitioned to roles at CD Projekt Red and CI Games as a Technical Producer before becoming a Senior Technical Producer at both Techland and Flying Wild Hog. Throughout their career, Grzegorz focused on ensuring the best working environment for teams, meeting deadlines, and negotiating feature scopes.

Grzegorz Rdzany obtained their Master of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the Lodz University of Technology in the years 2003-2008. Grzegorz also holds additional certifications including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2012 and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: SQL Server 2005 from CK ZETO S.A. in 2010.
