The Project and Operations Management team at the Flynn Group of Companies oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects within the roofing systems, glazing & curtain walls, architectural metals, roofing service, and waterproofing sectors. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also managing resources, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining strong client relationships. The team consists of experienced Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, and a Project Control Manager, all focused on optimizing operations and driving project success.
