Dianne Mallen

Dianne Mallen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dianne started their career at IBM Global Services as a Managing Consultant in the SAP HR/Payroll Practice from 1997 to 2007. Dianne then went on to establish their own company, Dianne Mallen Innovative Business Solutions Inc., where they served as the Owner from 2007 to 2010. Dianne later joined Flynn Canada as the Director of Information Technology Services from 2010 to 2012, and also held the position of Business Applications Manager for a brief period within the same company. In 2012, Dianne started another venture, Dianne Mallen Innovative Business Solutions LTD, where they served as the Owner until 2017. Their most recent work experience was at the Flynn Group of Companies, where they worked as a Project Director, Solution Architect, Workforce and Payroll Lead for SAP Success Factors EC ECP Workforce Software Full Scope Canada and US Implementation from 2018 onwards.

Dianne Mallen obtained a CMA degree in Accounting from the Certified Mgmt Accountant of Ontario in 1991. Dianne also pursued a Business Diploma in Accounting and Finance from St Laurence College, and holds a Certificate in Information Technology from St. Lawrence College. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Professional Consultant degree from IBM.
