Aileen Mazanetz currently serves as Senior Litigation Counsel at Flynn Group, overseeing litigation for a leading franchisee operator. With a robust background in litigation spanning over two decades, Aileen held the position of Shareholder at Gagen, McCoy, McMahon, Koss, Markowitz & Fanucci, managing business and commercial disputes across California and Florida. Previous experience includes roles as Partner at Boyette, Cummins & Nailos, where Aileen led the Business Litigation Department, and Senior Associate Attorney positions at ALAN B. TAYLOR & ASSOCIATES, P.A., and Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP. Aileen began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Murchison & Cumming and Lopez, Hodes, Restaino, Milman & Skikos, gaining experience in general liability and high-profile mass tort cases. Aileen earned a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from Whittier Law School.
