Aditya Rajagopal

Aditya Rajagopal has a diverse work experience in the field of data science. Aditya started their career in 2016 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they spearheaded research and development of multiple deep learning projects related to industrial automation. During this time, they independently designed and implemented an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) pipeline using Python and TensorFlow. Aditya also utilized Q-Learning techniques in reinforcement learning for credit risk analysis.

In 2018, Aditya worked as a Deep Learning Research Intern at SAP, where they focused on researching applications of curriculum learning to curiosity-driven reinforcement learning in dynamic environments. Aditya designed a method to generate increasingly complex environments to train a deep neural network gradually. This approach was applied to an agent learning to play hide and seek in an environment generated using MALMO in Python and PyTorch.

Since 2019, Aditya has been working at FLYR Labs, starting as a Data Scientist and progressing to Senior Data Scientist and currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist. Aditya'srole at FLYR Labs involves applying their data science expertise to drive meaningful insights and contribute to the development of advanced analytics solutions.

Aditya Rajagopal completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2011 to 2015. Then, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computational Science and Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
