VP, Growth at FLYR Labs

Matt Brown is currently the VP of Growth at FLYR Labs. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at AirMap from July 2020 to March 2021. In that role, they were responsible for sales of Embraer’s light and mid-size executive jet aircraft throughout areas of the United States. Matt represented a portfolio of four aircraft ranging in price from USD $4MM to $23MM targeted to private, corporate, and government customers. Matt led and collaborated with a team of sales, marketing, and engineering professionals in various global locations. In addition to managing multiple concurrent sales campaigns, they contributed to sales training, sales process enhancement, promotional campaigns, sponsorships, and events. To enhance their sales efforts, they maintained currency as company-approved pilot.

Before that, Matt served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Vixxo from February 2018 to June 2020. At Vixxo, they led a team of world-class professionals dedicated to driving growth. Their mission involved creating enduring customer value through outstanding technology and service delivery. The company's comprehensive facilities and asset services played an important role in keeping the world's best brands running smoothly.

Matt Brown has an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, a B.B.A in Aviation Management from University of North Dakota, and has completed Manager Development and Advanced Manager curriculums from GE Crotonville. Matt is also certified by the Federal Aviation Administration as a Remote Pilot SUAS (Part 107), Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), and Commercial Pilot.
