Vladimir Stoicescu

Vladimir Stoicescu is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Assistant Chief Pilot and Captain at REVA, Inc., specializing in international long-range air ambulance operations since April 2022. As Vice President for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) in Romania since June 2015, Vladimir advocates for the interests of general aviation members.
