Jörg Swoboda

Following his graduation in 1994, Jörg Swoboda worked for KPMG Germany in financial advisory services as well as in the audit department. He specialised in preparing expert business opinions in the fields of business evaluation, financial planning, budgeting and due diligence. He also worked as a KPMG IPO consultant. In 2000, he was appointed as the CFO of German-based IVC Venture Capital AG, a leading Venture Capital Funds focusing on high-tech, IT and media sector. IVC has been providing financing to 50+ innovative business concepts in high-growth areas. Jörg has been managing the company as CEO since 2003. He was a member of various supervisory and management boards including 360 Treasury Systems, Webfair, Step Ahead, Hurra and Autoscout24. IVC’s strong deal making experience has led to some remarkable exits.
