Geng Wang

Geng Wang is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in leadership and mentorship across various organizations. As the CEO and cofounder of Civic Champs since 2019, Geng has been instrumental in enhancing volunteer capacity and retention for nonprofits. Additional roles include being an investing member at Flywheel Fund, advisory board member at Clever Real Estate, and benefit director for The Bee Corp, focusing on supporting beekeepers and food security. Geng's previous experience encompasses being an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, vice president of product at LRAP Association, and co-founder of Community Elf. Geng holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a dual bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and International Relations from Michigan State University.
