Laura Thomas Sonn

Laura Thomas Sonn is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management, television hosting, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as the General Manager for CycleBar since August 2019, Laura also works as a Television Host for Afterbuzz TV, covering popular shows such as "Basketball Wives," "Below Deck Mediterranean," and "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt." Laura has been an instructor at Flywheel Sports since January 2016 and has extensive experience as a film, television, and theatre actor since 2006. Previous roles include serving as an instructor at SoulCycle, a Marketing/Sales Manager at Real Original Colors, LLC, and a Marketing Manager at STAR Physical Therapy. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and a minor in Music & Theatre from Belmont University.
