Ioan Dukai

Ioan Dukai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in labour management and sales. Currently serving as a Labour Supply Supervisor at FM Conway Ltd since February 2022, Ioan previously held the position of Labour Resource Coordinator at the same company, achieving significant reductions in labour costs. Prior to this, Ioan worked at Active Power Solutions for eight years, initially as a Business Account Manager focusing on SME-SOHO clients, and later as a Sales Team Leader managing a team of sales agents. Ioan's career began in real estate at Raicris Construct, serving as both a Real Estate Sales agent and Sales Assistant. Ioan holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Universitatea din Oradea and graduated from the High School of Art in Satu Mare.
