Paul Harkins

Paul Harkins has extensive work experience in the commercial management field. Paul is currently the Head of Commercial at FM Conway Ltd since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Connect Plus Services from June 2020 to October 2021. From April 2017 to June 2020, they held a similar role at Balfour Beatty plc. Before that, they were the Head of Commercial at Cappagh Browne Utilities Limited from March 2015 to March 2017. Paul also worked as a Commercial Manager at Kier MG from October 2008 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a QS at various companies including M Holleran Ltd, hynes, Kenton, A H Ball, and Kennedy Pipelining.

Paul Harkins attended St Richards RC school from 1985 to 1990. Following that, they studied at Bexhill College from 1990 to 1993 with a focus on Maths, Physics, Design, and Computing.
