Betsy Gonzalez

Betsy Gonzalez is an experienced events management professional with a strong background in strategic development and execution. Currently serving as AVP, Manager of Events & Sponsorships at FM Global since August 2023, Betsy is responsible for the organization’s global event strategy and sponsorship efforts. Prior experience includes leading the Global Demand Events Team at Waters Corporation from April 2022 to July 2023, directing event management at Babson College from August 2021 to April 2022, and managing meeting strategies at Liberty Mutual Insurance for nearly 15 years. Additionally, Betsy is the founder of BG Meetings & Events, offering strategic consultation in meeting and event planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Studies from Boston University Metropolitan College and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Newbury College in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
