Francis de Sousa

Francis De Sousa has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, starting with their role as an Engineer at Allendale Insurance from 1985 to 1995. Francis then joined Allendale Ltd, where they served as Assistant Vice President and Account Engineering Manager from 1995 to 1998. Next, they joined FM Global, where they held the position of Operations Vice President and Engineering Manager from 1999 to 2007. At FM Global, Francis continued to climb the corporate ladder and became Operations Vice President and Client Service Manager from 2010 to 2012. Francis eventually took on the role of Sales Vice President at FM Global, starting in September 2012.

From 1981 to 1985, Francis De Sousa attended California State University, Chico, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
