Jim McGuire

Jim McGuire has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Merrimack College until 2015. Following that, they were an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Delaware from 2015 to 2017. Jim then became the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fitchburg State University from 2017 until 2021. In 2021, Jim took on the role of an Assistant Project Manager at Strategic Communications, Inc. (StratComm Inc.) until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Project Manager - Professional Services at Imprivata. Currently, Jim serves as the Lead Insurance Program Delivery Specialist- Enterprise Service Delivery at FM Global, starting in 2023.

Jim McGuire has a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Exercise Physiology from Plymouth State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Jim then pursued a Master's degree in Education, focusing on Exercise Science and Sport Studies, at Springfield College from 2010 to 2012. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Fitchburg State University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in December 2009.
