Tricia Hasan

Tricia Hasan is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Staff Vice President of Talent Development at FM Global since June 2017. In this role, Tricia leads the Talent Development Center of Expertise, focusing on strategies for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development to enhance employee engagement and drive business outcomes. Prior to this position, Tricia held roles including Division Human Resources Manager at FM Global and Human Resources Director at Computer Sciences Corporation, where responsibilities included workforce planning, employee relations, and managing HR strategies for large teams across multiple regions. Tricia possesses a Master's degree in Arts from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Science from James Madison University.
