Caroline van Den Broek

Caroline van den Broek currently serves as Director of HR at FM Group, overseeing HR teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France, and is a member of the Executive Team. Additional roles include being a member of the Sector Committee at Pensioenfonds PGB and a negotiator for the collective labor agreement in the Wholesale Flowers and Plants sector. Previous experience includes HR management positions at FleuraMetz and Fleura Export B.V., as well as HRM&O management at ENECO Energie and an HR advisory role at De Geestgronden. Caroline began a career in academia as a scientific staff member at the Institut für Arbeitswissenschaften, Technical University Berlin. Caroline holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University and has studied at various institutions, including Technische Universität Berlin and the University of Bern.
