James Pradun

James Pradun is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in new product introduction (NPI) and precision machining, particularly within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as General Manager at FM Industries, James oversees the NPI division, focusing on building and testing electro-mechanical assemblies and designing for manufacturability. Previously, as Senior Engineering Manager at Ultra Clean Technology, responsibilities included rapid prototype development and launching new semiconductor thermal systems. James has an extensive tenure at Watlow, where roles ranged from Senior Engineer in design and NPI to Engineer I within a leadership development program. Early career work included undergraduate research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in noncontact 3-D manipulation of micro- and nano-scale particles. James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
