Laurie Addison

Laurie Addison (Lavelle) currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management & Culture Development at ADG | Artisan Design Group and is the CEO and Company Owner of Greater Good Leadership, focusing on leadership, organizational, and culture development through consulting and executive coaching. With experience as an adjunct professor at both Claremont Graduate University and Pepperdine University, Laurie has also held significant roles in marketing and leadership development at organizations such as Infinite Electronics, Inc. and Schneider Electric. Laurie holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Positive Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, and an MBA in Marketing from Regis University.
