Michelle Knapman

Michelle Knapman has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Client Portal Supervisor at FM Outsource since March 2013. Prior experience includes a role as Maestro at Caffè Nero from March 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included training new staff and ensuring high customer service standards. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Media Studies from the University of Bolton, completed between 2007 and 2010, and attended Kirkley High School from 2002 to 2007.
