Traci Dalton

Traci Dalton currently serves as a Sr Project Analyst at FM Talent Source, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Traci held various positions at ZERO TO THREE from August 2015 to January 2022, including Director of Training and Technical Assistance Integration and Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist. Traci's earlier experience includes the role of Head Start State Collaboration Director at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources from April 2009 to August 2015. Traci Dalton holds a Master of Science in Employee Relations and a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from Marshall University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Charleston.
