Rafael Franz Ferk

Rafael Franz Ferk possesses a robust background in financial supervision and regulatory practices, currently serving as Assistant to the Executive Board at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich since December 2018, where responsibilities include advising the Executive Board, crisis management, and acting as a brand ambassador. Prior roles at FMA included coordinating European Banking Supervision efforts and serving as an Investigator in Securities Supervision with a focus on crypto assets.
