Zack Zaki

Director, Investor Relations at FMC

Zack Zaki has over ten years of experience in strategy consulting and currently serves as the Director of Investor Relations at FMC. Zack started their career at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, where they worked for three years as an Engagement Manager. In this role, they led a team of four to develop a growth strategy for a specialty chemical business. Zack then designed a high-level operating model for an oil & gas client’s midstream (terminals) business.

In 2010, Zack moved to FMC, where they have served in various roles including Director of Investor Relations. In this role, they are responsible for communicating with investors and analysts about the company’s financial performance and strategy. Zack also manages the company’s investor relations website and coordinates investor events.

Prior to their current role, Zack was responsible for identifying over 20% cost reduction opportunities within the Finance organization of a large hospital system and developing an implementation plan to realize the savings while mitigating potential risks. Zack also designed and rolled-out a margin management program for a specialty chemical business.

Zack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from INSEAD.

Zack Zaki has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, India. Zack also has an MBA in Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

They are on a team with Bill Chester - Vice President, Global Tax, Nicholas L. Pfeiffer - Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Zack Zaki reports to Andrew D. Sandifer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
