Ulvi Guliyev

Ulvi Guliyev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials management, procurement, and finance. Currently serving as the Materials Manager at Facility Management Group since November 2017, Ulvi has previously held significant positions such as Procurement and Warehouse Manager and Senior Accountant at Azerbaijan International Mining Company and Finance Controller at European Tobacco Baku. Earlier career experience includes an accounting role at Mars Overseas Ltd (Pepsi-Baku). Ulvi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economic from Azerbaijan State Economic University, enhancing a solid foundation in economic principles.
