Issabella Koopmans

Issabella Koopmans is an experienced organisational development professional currently serving as an Organisational Development Consultant and previously as an Organisational Development Adviser at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) since January 2022. Prior roles include learning and development advisor at the Ministry for the Environment, culture and capability adviser, and HR adviser at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, as well as people coordinator at Kiwibank. Issabella began a career in advisory services at Deloitte, where initial roles included financial advisory analyst and financial advisory intern. Issabella holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 2012 and 2016, after completing education at Samuel Marsden Collegiate from 2007 to 2011.
