Javier Guerra Melgares has been employed in the software and engineering industry since 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Engineering Trainer at DEKRA Testing and Certification, S.A.U. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Software Developer at DEKRA Testing and Certification, S.A.U. Currently, they are a Software Developer at FMIT Solutions S.L.

Javier Guerra Melgares completed a Diplomado in Ciencias Empresariales from the Universidad de Málaga between 2009 and 2013. Javier then went on to obtain a Grado in Ingeniería Telemática from the same university, which they completed in 2020.
