Pavel Osmolovskii

Pavel Osmolovskii has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Pavel currently holds the position of Project Delivery Manager at Allot, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Service Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems from December 2018 to March 2023. In this role, they led the migration of an enterprise service management solution and managed a team of 92 FTE. Before that, Pavel served as a Network Architect at AO "Tk "Центр" in October to December 2018, leading a data center network modernization project. Pavel also worked as a Senior Network Administrator at IQ Option Europe Ltd, where they managed network infrastructure in multiple locations. Pavel's earlier roles include Chief Information Officer at Rosohrana Telecom, where they reorganized the IT department and optimized the network architecture. Pavel has also worked as a Network Support Engineer at Austenit Project, a Network Support Specialist at Лабораторная служба Хеликс, and a Call Center Specialist at YOTA. Pavel started their career as an Automotive Mechanic at Атлант-М Балтика and later worked as a Quality Control Specialist at General Motors.

Pavel Osmolovskii began their education in 2004 at the Politechnical College of Municipal Economy, where they obtained a Specialized Secondary Education in Computer Systems, Networking, and Telecommunications in 2008. In 2019, they enrolled at the University of the People and is expected to complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Pavel has obtained various certifications. In 2017, they received the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation certification from EXIN. In 2020, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - ITIL 4 Edition from PeopleCert. Furthermore, Pavel has pursued several online certifications, including "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 1 Projects, Boards, and Issues," "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 2 Lean and Agile Processes," and "Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud: 3 Advanced Topics" from LinkedIn. Pavel also completed the "Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology" from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology.
