Mira Helfrich

Mira Helfrich has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Mira currently serves as the HR Director at FMLS since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager and Operations at Reibus from February 2022 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for creating people processes, management, and culture enablement for over 250 employees. Before that, they were the HR Manager at CoreCard Software, Inc. from May 2020 to March 2022, where they managed the growth and implementation of HR functions for a rapidly growing software technology company. Mira also worked as an HR Generalist at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors from January 2019 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Head of People Operations at the Czech and Slovak School of Atlanta and Senior Associate at State Street. Mira started their career as an Analyst at NISA Investment Advisors, L.L.C. and later became a Senior Analyst, managing a team and handling performance calculations for institutional clients.

Mira Helfrich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Webster University between 2001 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General at Webster University from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2018, the Essentials of Human Resources Management Certificate from Emory University in June 2018, and the Essentials of Human Resources Certificate from SHRM in May 2018.
