Franca Vossen

Franca Vossen currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Management Board Member at FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, since September 2022. In addition, Franca holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Vice Chair of the Risk Committee at Coöperatie VGZ since September 2020. Previous roles include CEO and Founder of Resilience-Corporate Governance Services, CRO and Executive Board Member a.i. at Triodos Bank, and CRO at LeasePlan and DLL, among others. Franca's extensive education includes multiple MBAs from European institutions and specialized programs in governance and leadership.
