María Fernández-Daza de Flórez

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store dedicated to organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's background includes expertise as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
