Nino Sharumashvili

Nino Sharumashvili has a diverse work experience in the field of risk management and economics. Nino is currently working at FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank as the Manager and Head of Regulatory Risk Management and Reporting Department. Prior to this, they worked at Rabobank as the Senior Credit Policy Manager, leading stakeholder groups for credit risk standard-setting and responsible for the credit risk rating assignment process. Before that, they were a Manager and Economist at Moody's Analytics, leading IFRS9 and Stress-testing projects for EMEA-based banks and managing a team of economists. Nino also worked at TBC Bank as the Manager and Head of Enterprise Risk, where they managed a team of risk managers and led risk strategic initiatives across the bank. Early in their career, they worked at the National Bank of Georgia as the Manager and Head of Supervisory Policy, where they managed a team of bank supervisors, set regulatory/policy requirements on commercial banks, and led quantitative impact assessments and implementation monitoring of regulatory initiatives.
