Cristina Horne

Cristina Horne has extensive experience in human capital strategies, currently serving as Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant at FMP Consulting since September 2010, specializing in organizational assessment, performance management, compensation, survey design and analysis, and career development. Prior roles include Consultant and Intern at The Parent Institute, Business Analyst and Business Associate at DMDC, Consortium Research Fellow at Mental Health America, and Program Intern at the University of Virginia's Department of Psychology, where work included research assistant positions in various labs. Cristina holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a B.A. in Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.
